PLC CONTROLLED GEARSHIFTING T007

T007 has a PLC controlled manual ( optionally automatic ) gearshifting, central lubrication timing and
engine start inhibit system.

For gear selection there are three buttons in the left joystick:
F(forward), R(reverse) and NEUTRAL.

With auto-shifter option there is in dashboard a six position

MANUAL / AUTOMATIC, max.gear 4, 3, 2 or 1 / PROGRAM selector switch and DISPLAY SELECT
button.

Manual driving mode

-In manual mode F(forward), R(reverse) and neutral buttons are used.
-First push on F gives 1.gear forward. Second F gives 2.gear forward, third 3.gear and fourth 4.gear.
Push on R button drops the gear one lower. On 1. gear R changes the driving direction, there is no
neutral in between. You get neutral by using neutral button on 1.gear.
-Gear number and driving direction (+/-) are displayed on LED-display.

Direction:
+ forward
- reverse Gear in use

On remote control only 1. gear forward and reverse are used.

Conditions for selecting the gear when driving from the cabin:
-RRC/MANUAL selector on manual
-Door closed
-Parking brake released

Conditions for selecting the gear when driving with RRC:

-RRC/MANUAL selector on RRC
-Door closed
-Parking brake released from transmitter

Automatic driving mode

-With a six position mode selector on the dashboard you can select the biggest gear allowed. Normally
in A position all four gears are used.
-With F and R buttons you can select driving direction. PLC changes the gear automatically according
to the driving speed.

Direction:
+ forward
- reverse Gear used

-Pushing DISPLAY SELECT button you see the driving speed (=km/h*10, eli 4km/h => 40).

-On remote control gear selection is always on manual mode.

Central lubrication timing

Central lubrication time interval can be adjusted using a trimmer under a lid in the lower right corner of
the logic controller. You need a little screwdriver to do that. After the adjustment you have to switch
power off and on once. You can see the time value as a parameter nr. 8 but it can’t be adjusted as
other parameters.

Restoring program and factory settings

If you have to restore program or factory settings you can do that by using a separate memory module.
When the power is off place the module to it’s place under a lid in the upper right corner of the logic
controller. Switch the power on and wait about ten seconds until the amber STOP led turns off and
green RUN light turns on. After that turn power off and remove the memory module. The program and
factory settings are now restored.

Place for a memory

module. Can be
covered with tape in
a new controller.
