Reaction Paper

The program Tourism day that was held in our school yesterday was kind of fun and
gave the knowledge and beauty of tourism. The program was divided in two which is morning
and afternoon and it started in National Anthem, a prayer and a school hymn. The morning
program was a lot of talk and discussion and with an entrance dance presentation while the
afternoon program was about the tourism pageant, the participants were tourism students who
were from first year to fourth year. I felt boring in the morning program because honestly I was
not listening to it and I had a headache in that time but surely the speakers were talking about
the importance of celebrating the tourism day. They talked about the key points on tourism
department and how this sector worked. They give us the idea of who are the head of the
tourism department which is Sir Rey Amancio and other positions whom it belong to. Most of
them has received many achievements and I was admiring them, some of them are holding a
Latin honors. As the time passes and it was ending before noon, I was getting excited as the
speaker announce the afternoon program.
I was thrilled in an afternoon program because I felt like I will enjoy this pageant. When
the show started in a production number, most students and audience were shouting and
cheering on their chosen participant. I was cheering Maria Laica Inot which is the fourth year
representative because of her charisma. The representatives were gorgeous and physically fit,
they run the show cheerfully. In the middle of the event, my pair of shoes suddenly broke and I
panicked because I don’t know what I’m going to wore that time. Fortunately, one of my friends
was able to lend his slippers to me. Going back to the main point, each of the representative
was wearing their swimwear, recyclable costumes and evening gown. It was amazing and
astounding, especially in the question and answer portion. They deliver their answers
impressive as the crowd were uplifted but unexpectedly the electric power was turned off and
there was a heavy rain. The audience were noisy while the power was off and the show was
continued.
When the power comes back again, the hosts were announcing the winners of minor
and major awards. I conclude that the Ms. Tourism is Maria Laica Inot and turned out that she
is the Ms. Tourism. I was just interested of the women participants not in men, so I was only
cheering on women participants. The Mr. and Ms. Tourism 2022 deserve the crown and the
title because they are both giving their best of best especially as they walked on the stage and
being graceful. I conclude about the programs that happened yesterday was thrilling and
awesome, this gave me a mix emotion because of the event happened especially when my
shoes broke. The event was ended before five.
