2. Follow instructions by utilizing their listening comprehension skills.
3. Perform daily activities in life using this essential skill.

A. TOPIC: Following Instructions
B. REFERENCE: English 9
C. MATERIALS: Laptop, photo cards, projector
III. PROCEDURE
A. PREPARATION:
Ask any volunteer student to lead the prayer.
Greetings
Checking of attendance
B. MOTIVATION
Play a game named “Simon says”.
C. DISCUSSION
Introduce what are sources for.
● Explain what is following instructions.
● Explain the importance of following instructions.
● Present tips in following instructions.
D. APPLICATION
Flash a simple text from different sources then ask students whether the text is reliable or not.
E. GENERALIZATION
Guide questions:
● What are the benefits of following instructions?
● What are the tips that you can use to follow instructions correctly?
IV. EVALUATION
Students will recreate a fish origami by following the instructions.

V. ASSIGNMENT
Answer the activity on the book (Echoes The Series American and English Literature
page 9).
