AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ABAS A. SANGGAYAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and

a resident of Malisbong, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state;

1. That, I am the witness for the respondent, Nasrullah P. Bayang,

in NPS DOC. NO. XII-09-INV-22G-00437-00438 for Violation of
Section 5 & 12 of Republic Act No. 9165;

2. At the onset, I vehemently and categorically DENY all the

accusations against him for being completely FALSE,
UNFOUNDED and BASELESS. The true narration of facts are
as follows;

a. That, I am the grandfather of the respondent, Nasrullah P.

Bayang. I have known him as a kind and responsible person
and has never involved or engaged in any trouble in our
community;

b. That, on 14 July 2022, we were preparing for a kanduli for the

grandchild of Namraida P. Dipatuan. Around 4:20 in the
afternoon of the same date, I saw my grandchild, Nasrullah
P. Bayang, arrived. He immediately helped us in the
preparation;

 c. That, after we prayed for Isha (7 in the evening prayer),
Nasrullah and I started to cook the maguindanaon delicacy
called dudol. We finished cooking the dudol around 3 in the
morning;

d. That, I really can testify that Nasrullah Bayang was there

cooking the dudol around 10:30 in the evening. He did not
leave the premises from the moment he arrived around 4:20
in the afternoon until we finished cooking the dudol;

3. That, the allegations of the alleged Poseur Buyer/Seizing

Officer and his witnesses were all patently baseless, fabricated,
unfounded and a complete lie;

4. That, Nasrullah Bayang did not leave the premises from the
moment he arrived around 4:20 in the afternoon until we
finished cooking the dudol. Also, there is no river at Brgy.
Malisbong contrary to the allegations in the complaint that
Nasrullah Bayang jumped into the river at Brgy. Malisbong;

5. Thus, I hereby execute this Affidavit of Witness to attest to the

truth of the foregoing facts and circumstances, and to pray for
the outright DISMISSAL of this case.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
