2. That, upon perusing the records of the case, the title number in
the caption and in the body of the Petition was inadvertently
encoded as Original Certificate Title No. (P-11669) (P-28579) P-
7513 instead of Original Certificate Title No. (P-11689) (P-28579)
P-7513 which is the true and correct title number as appearing
in the face of the title;

3. That, in view of this, the undersigned counsel respectfully pray

for an amendment in the caption and in the body of the Petition
from Original Certificate Title No. (P-11669) (P-28579) P-7513 to
Original Certificate Title No. (P-11689) (P-28579) P-7513;

4. That, moreover, in Compliance with the Order of this

Honorable Court dated 09 March 2020, attached herewith is the
Tax Declaration of Real Property in the name of Franco,
Librada C. marked as Annex “A”; and

5. That, this motion is filed in the best of faith and without the
slightest motion to delay;

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

court, to take due notice of the foregoing compliance and the Motion
for Amendment be granted.

Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
