City Ordinance No. 077-2022

AMENDING SECTION 8 (B) AND (D) OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 008-
2018, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (CENRO TABACO), ITS
TASKS, FUNCTRIONS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEROF, AND
FOR OTHER PURPPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sanggunian that:

SECTION 1. Section 8 (b) and (d) of Ordinance No. 008-2018 which reads as follows:

Section 8. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE. The following position titles are

hereby created in CENRO-Tabaco in conformity with the qualification standards set by
the Civil Service Commission and its Index of Occupational Services, Position Titles and
Salary Grade for local government units (LGUs), to wit:

b. One (1) Environment Management Specialist, SG11 – Must have a Bachelor’s

Degree relevant to the job with a second (2nd) Level Civil Service Eligibility

d. One (1) Labor Foreman, SG 6 – At least High School Graduate, MC II s. 96

Cat III

Shall be amended to read as follows:

a. ……………..

b. One (1) Environmental Management Specialist I, SG 11 - Must have a

Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job with a second (2nd) Level Civil
Service Eligibility

c. …………..

d. One (1) Administrative Aide VI (Labor Foreman), SG6 - – At least High

School Graduate, MC II s. 96 Cat III

SECTION 2. The corrected name of positions are made part and integral element of the
Plantilla of Personnel of the City Government of Tabaco and shall be automatically funded from
the personal services component of the budget of the city and shall be incorporated in the Annual
Investment Plan and subsequent Annual Budgets.

SECTION 3. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. All previous ordinances and issuances

inconsistent with this ordinance are deemed amended or repealed.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. The Ordinance shall take effect in accordance

with the provisions of the Local Government Code (LGC) of 1991.
