“RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING “SHOPPING” FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUELS AND

LUBRICANTS FOR LGU DAGOHOY SERVICE VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT FOR THE
MONTH OF SEPTEMBER.

“WHEREAS, the purchase of fuels and lubricants is requested by the OIC Motorpool &
DAGWAS;

“WHEREAS, the said fuel supply and lubricants are needed for the service vehicles and
equipment use of LGU-Dagohoy, Bohol;
(Cont. of BAC Resolution # 153 (Series of 2023)

“WHEREAS, the members of the Bids and Award Committee recommended “Shopping“
for the Purchase of Fuels and Lubricants for LGU Dagohoy Service Vehicles & Equipment for
the Month of September.

Taking into account its necessity and attending circumstances, which fall under the
condition provided for in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184
otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act.

“WHEREFORE: Resolved as it is hereby resolved, to recommend “Shopping” for the

Purchase of Fuels and Lubricants for LGU Dagohoy Service Vehicles & Equipment for the
Month of September.

Resolved further that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Commission on Audit
and other agencies concerned for their information and appropriate action.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE ABOVE QUOTED

CERTIFICATE OF AWARD

The members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby recommend award to NEC’s
Dagohoy Gasoline Station of Poblacion, Dagohoy, Bohol (being the lowest supplier) to provide
Fuels and Lubricants for LGU Dagohoy Service Vehicles & Equipment for the Month of
September in the total amount of Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Six Pesos and 17/100
(PhP 99,406.17).

This award is given this 4th day of September, 2023 at Dagohoy, Bohol.
