CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2016-011

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE AND SALARY GRADE

OF FIVE (5) POSITIONS WITHIN THE OFFICE OF THE
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF CABADBARAN CITY, AGUSAN
DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991,

and RA 9434 otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cabadbaran authorizes the
Sangguniang Panlungsod to determine the positions and the salaries of officials and
employees paid wholly or mainly from city funds;

WHEREAS, the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Personnel

and Policies noticed the need to amend the title and salary grade of certain positions
within the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to give justice to the long tenure, and
commensurate to the demanding duties and responsibilities performed by the
incumbents holding the affected positions.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cabadbaran City,

Agusan del Norte, in its 7th Special Session, that:

SECTION 1. The following position titles and salary grades of the Office of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod are hereby amended, to wit:

SECTION 2. All previous Ordinances, Resolutions, Executive Orders and other

issuances which are found inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or
modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval. Let
copies of this Ordinance be furnished to the Local Finance Committee of this City for
the parallel adjustment and modification of the funding requirements.
