ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS
All the tasks are assigned to the family member responsible, whether it be mom, dad or any
other trusted relative.
Estimation of the efforts required:
Estimation of efforts is done depending on the task allotted to a specific person and the time
he/she would take to complete the task.

Other variable that go into building a schedule are

1. Project constraints:

- Some constraints may arise like for decorations required flowers were not
available.
- Also, there can be a situation where the outfits do not get ready as needed and on
time.
2. Assumptions:
- Taking into consideration the changing weather effects, thundering, lightning , raining may
destroy the fun at the function.
- The assumptions for the extra or a smaller number of members may come up.
3. Lead and lag time:
- There can be delay seen in the entry of the birthday child.(age 5 years)
4. Project risks:
- There are risks associated in any project like in this project with the increase in the
number of members in a function the caterers somehow by lessening the quality
of food, increases the quantity.
5. Contingencies and unforeseen events:
- In the case where there is a power cut and the recording of any function pauses,
there has to be a plan B to be worked on so that the unforeseen events are overcome.

Check to see the staff is all over located .

In any of the functions, it is necessary to have overly allocated staff may it be in decorating,
catering, waiters, photographers, and some related. As with the more staff the chances of
delay can be reduced and they can be allotted to any other area to work as well.
