by Section 15 of the Mines & Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act.
1957 (Act No.-67, 1957) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the
following amendment in schedule-Ill A read with Rule-5l (1)(b) of Bihar
Mineral (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage)
Rules, 20L9.
AMMENDMENTS

In the said Rules :-

1. Column 2 & 3 of sr. no.2 of Existing schedule III A shall be substituted
by the following, namely :-
(Rate Per Cubic Meter in Rupees)
2 (A) Sand available in 05 Rivers like 150.00
Sone, Kiul, Falgu, Chanan & "

Morhar
(B) Sand available in other Rivers 75.00
