Subject : Amending Memorandum Circular No. 12-13-93 dated 21

December 1993 and prescribing Schedule of Regular Radio
Operator’s Examination for 1994.

In view of the noted discrepancies/typographical errors in the schedule of Regular

Operator’s Examination for 1994, Memorandum Circular No. 12-13-93 is hereby
amended. The New schedule of Radio operator’s Examination for 1994 set forth in this
circular shall be observed as follows:

Deadline for acceptance of application should be two (2) weeks before the date of
examination to enable the Regional Examination Committees to prepare prior to actual
examination.
The special examination embodied under Office Order No. 4-1-94 shall be conducted to
coincide with the scheduled regular radio operator’s examination. Any other matters
pertaining to the conduct of above schedule of examination shall be coordinated with
Radio Operator’s Coordination Group for smooth implementation.

This Office Order shall take effect upon approval and supersedes or amend any circular
inconsistent herewith.
