SARAH: As we are about to begin, may I request everyone to feel the presence of the
Lord for our opening prayer. Afterwards, this will be followed by the National Anthem
and Aklan Hymn.

Good morning, everyone! To our dearest and supportive Regional Director, Ms.
Rebecca M. Rascon,

to our very dedicated and hardworking Provincial Director, Ms. Ma. Carmen I. Iturralde,

to our kind and generous Sr. Trade and Industry Development specialist, Ms. Ma. Stella
R. Caldera,

to our diligent and cheerful Trade and Industry Development Analyst, Ms. Iris Mae
Ibisate – Sarabia,

to our ever dynamic and beloved Governor of the Province of Aklan, Hon. Florencio T.
Miraflores

To our very active and industrious Congressman of the 2 nd District of Aklan, Hon.
Teodorico “TED” Haresco Jr.

To my fellow Negosyo Center Business Counselors, to school heads and stakeholders

of the participating schools and to our 25 Student Mentees from different colleges in
Aklan, Ladies and Gentleman, it is with great pleasure that we are here today to
participate in the launching of the Aklan Youth Entrepreneurship Program for District 2.

On behalf of the Department of Trade and Industry – Aklan, let me warmly welcome you
all this morning.
I am Sarah Lyn Villariza, Junior Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Malay
and

I am Judy Ann Bandiola, Senior Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Nabas,

Your hosts for this mornings’ virtual launching and orientation.

JUDY: To formally start our program, let us all welcome Ms. Ma. Carmen I. Iturralde,
Provincial Director of DTI Aklan for her opening remarks. Maam?

Thank you so much maam for that very heartwarming message.

SARAH: Now for an inspirational message, may I call on, Ms. Rebecca M. Rascon,
Regional Director of Department of Trade and Industry, Region VI, for her inspirational
message. Let’s give her a virtual round of applause! Maam?

JUDY: At this juncture, let us hear another inspirational message from our beloved
Governor of the Province of Aklan, Hon. Florencio T. Miraflores. Let’s give him a virtual
round of applause! Sir?

Thank you Sir. for that very inspiring message for our mentees and to the DTI Aklan as
well.

SARAH: Of course, this program won’t be complete without us, hearing an inspirational
message from our very active and industrious Congressman of the 2 nd District of Aklan,
may I call on, Hon. Teodorico Ted Haresco Jr. for his inspirational message as well.

JUDY: At this moment, May I call on Ms. Ma. Stella I. Caldera, our Sr. Trade and
Industry Development Specialist for the Introduction of Aklan Youth Entrepreneurship
Program.

SARAH: Next, let’s have Ms. Danica Marie Ileto, Senior Business Counselor of
Negosyo Center Malinao and the District Leader of Western Side of Aklan for the
Introduction of our Mentors for this year’s Aklan YEP.

JUDY: For the introduction of our 25 student mentees from different colleges in Aklan,
let’s welcome Mr. Dj Tambong, Junior Business Counselor of Negosyo Center
Buruanga.

SARAH: At this juncture, I present to you our Trade and Industry Development Analyst,
Ms. Iris Mae Ibisate – Sarabia to present to us the DTIs 7Ms Way of Uplifting MSMEs.

Development Specialist, Ms. Ma. Stella R. Caldera for her closing remarks.

SARAH: Before we end this program, I would like to extend my advance

congratulations to all our student mentees for this years’ Aklan Entrepreneurship
Program. Good luck and see you in your every session. We hope that the ideas and
insights that your mentors will share to you will help you gain and develop knowledge
and skills that you will able to apply in your future endeavors. We are looking forward to
see all of you in your graduation.
