selection. The company international has witnessed numerous giant scandals and
ethical lapses, that has caused the disrepute of the enterprise corporations and
their leaders.

Several moral misconducts have taken place within the company world from the
2001 Enron scandal for fraudulent accounting, 2010 environmental catastrophe as
a result of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the emission scandal of 2015 by
Volkswagen, The Wells Fargo advent of 1.5 million fake bills of 2017 are just
some ethical lapses that befell inside the latest instances.
Management establishments need to know not impart knowledge and sharpen their
business skills, however they have to also teach the destiny leaders of the arena
about their ethical values to the sector. These establishments must reveal the
students to the good and bad incidents of the company world and join them with
their ethical commitments.
