regarding the model/ scheme assigned to the strand, of which, Ms. Yocente had a
positive response since she had read the guidelines presented in the memorandum.
• For HUMSS, A Culminating Activity was suggested- Mrs. Braklelyn R. Parayno,
HUMSS Work Immersion Teacher, raised some concerns since she was confused
with the given scheme/ model for the strand. Ma’am Antonette then replied that
the guidelines in the memorandum should be carefully studied by Mrs. Parayno so
she could formulate her implementation plan for their Work Immersion.
• In the case of the TVL Track, the activities in all tracks can be performed in
different schemes which include in- school, home- based, community- based, and
school- based industry partnership.
• Mr. Rocky Jey Novedo was then asked if what are his plans for class he is assigned
to, wherein, it was also the chance of the group to have some brain- storming since
in the case of TVL, work immersion is really different.
• There were presented possible industry partners within the municipality of Claveria
to tie- up with in the realization of this endeavor.
• To conclude, Ma’am Antonette gave the group a task to prepare their own Work
Immersion Implementation Plan of their respective strand/ assignment.
• Sir Rocky asked, “When will it be submitted, Ma’am?”. Ma’am Antonette solicited
the pleasure of the body.
• It was decided that the Work Immersion Implementation Plan be submitted on
January 15, 2020.
IV. ADJOURNMENT: There were no other things to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned
at exactly 10:30 a.m.

Layus to seek approval on the conduct of the said Work Immersion as well as the
Parents’ and Students’ Orientation.
• On the presentation of implementation plans, Ma’am Antonette follow- up the
model/ schemes chosen by the Work Immersion teachers:
o ABM- Model B- Industry Partnership (with some modifications)
o HUMMS- Culminating Activity (Creative Portfolio)
o STEM- Capstone Research Project
o Automotive Servicing- Industry partnership
o Carpentry- School- based
o Cookery- Industry partnership/ Community-based/ School- based
o CSS- School- based
• It was also suggested that on the groupings of the Work Immersion students, it will
be 1/3 division- Work Immersion- Modular Set A- Modular Set B. This must be
patterned with the Catch-up plan given by Ma’am Antonette B. Balanay.
• Since, there were some changes, the work immersion implementation plans must
also be revise and align to some suggested areas. Hence, the teachers were also
given ample time to finish the plan.
• For the dissemination of plans for the Work Immersion, Ma’am Antonette B.
Balanay said that she will conduct a separate meeting for all subject teachers.
• As to the next Work Immersion Coordinator, Sir Louwell Macugay of the TVL Track
was designated as the next coordinator for school year 2021- 2022.
• There were also series of reminders given during the meeting as to:
o Work Implementation Revised Plan (deadline)
o Draft letters for MIATF and Work Immersion Industry Partners
o Draft Memorandum of Agreement
o Self- Assessment Monitoring Tool
o Other documents required in relation to work immersion

DOCUMENTATION:
The Work Immersion Teachers presented some initial plans for Work Immersion and had some
brain storming activities on the upcoming activities for the Work Immersion Implementation.
Mrs. Antonette B. Balanay reminding everyone on their tasks, reports to be submitted and other
necessary things to be done for the implementation of Work Immersion.

II. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon by Mrs.
Antonette B. Balanay, the SHS Coordinator.
The Self-Assessment Tool for Academic Track were also done by Sir Brian S. Incognito
and Ma’am Braklelyn Parayno and Sir Rocky Novedo for the TVL Track; the Work
Immersion Summative Test was also submitted by Ma’am Yola Jane Yocente for
photocopying to be given to all Work Immersion students for their 3 rd Quarter Grades.
Non- disclosure Agreement were also printed by some Work Immersion Teachers who
have chosen Industry Partnership (ABM, Cookery, Automotive.
Ma’am Antonette B. Balanay also requested the Work Immersion Coordinator, Sir Brian
S. Incognito to prepare the Matrix of Orientation to which he accomplished and gave
immediately.

Mrs. Antonette B. Balanay reiterated some points on the Matrix especially the Grading
System for Work Immersion. She then solicited decisions from the Work Immersion
teachers to what comprises the 70% and 30% of the Work Immersion Grade.
Ma’am Balanay is hopeful that the Work Immersion Consultation Meeting and
Orientation will be successful.
