Nature of Dance
 The nature of dance is that it is an artistic expression, just like music, painting, sculpture,
or any other form of human creativity. Our bodies, not canvases, clay, musical instruments,
or other forms of expression, are the means of expression in this circumstance. It occurs
when music, creativity, and our physical bodies come together, guided by our mind,
emotions, and will. I believe that nature of dancing can be enjoyable simply because it
allows you to be yourself. As a result, even if a person is not trained in dance and society
views them as insufficient on the dance floor, dancing can still be a lot of fun because it
allows you to liberate yourself from the stresses of daily life.
2. Characteristic of Dance
 I think that a good characteristic of a dance, in general, is the capacity to communicate
effectively with the audience nonverbally through appropriate eye and body movements
that fit the storyline and demonstrate the dancer's improvisational skills and versatility while
keeping up with the beat and tempo of the music, as well as the ability to look stunning,
elegant, pretty, and beautiful. However, the most important characteristic is that you must
be enjoying the dance you are executing and is actually having a lot of fun by doing it.
3. Function of Dance
 The ability to express and convey emotion via dance is one of its most fundamental
functions. People dance to express strong emotions like unexpected bursts of ecstasy,
excitement, frustration, or rage. These driving forces can be observed in "set" dances like
tribal war dances or joyful folk dances as well as in the more organized movements that
are frequently performed at intense emotional occasions, such as skipping, stamping, and
jumping. Here, dancing both expresses and serves to create feelings.
4. Dance Forms
 There are numerous established dance forms throughout the world. The terms "Ballet,"
"Kathak," "Hip-hop," "Bhutoh," and others are used to identify them. A dance-form is a type
of entity that is typically identified from others by a set of characteristics. Some of these
criteria include the object's nature or its connection to a country or society. These
characteristics provide a dance form's broad characteristics. However, the phrase "dance-
form" refers to something more than a simple categorization. A dance-form, on a deeper
level, is an entity whose very dancing style differs from others. This style of dancing can be
described in terms of a few distinct characteristics that stand out because they are
essential to it.
