Performance Task

Narration

When I was in tenth grade, my friend Pearl decided to skip English class and go to a
movie instead. She made this decision with three other students in our class and didn't
consider the consequences of such a reckless decision. I instantly disagreed and refused
when they asked me to join them. Even I endeavored to convince them not to bunk the
school but they turned a deaf ear to my advice. I didn't support the idea as bunking
school did seem right to me. Also, going to a movie without parents' permission was out
of the question. When they were forcing me to go with them, I was in a dilemma. But
because I knew my parents were strict, I told them no and tried to convince them once
more.  However, they had made up their mind and went for the movie. Lastly, I knew it
was important not to skip school because if I was caught, my parents would be angry.

Cause-Effect

I know someone who is addicted to the internet and online games. She turns to the
internet for comfort, to kill boredom, and to bring some fun into her life. She becomes
so addicted to the internet that she ignores her loved ones. She prefers to communicate
with people online and form intimate bonds with them. This generates tension in her
relationships and causes unhappiness. She will probably feel regret, not only for the
negative consequences that may happen to her mental health but also for wasting time
on the internet rather than spending time with her loved ones, because life is too short
and they cannot always be together.

Comparison and Contrast

My life in the real world and an imagined 'perfect world' have similarities and
differences. The similarities might I'm just enjoying my life. My name would still be
Gwezza Lou even in the imaginary world since it's unique and love it. My family is also
the same there because I don't want to replace them because they're the best. The
differences are our house in the imaginary world would be a Ghibli house and I'm living
my life there like in the Ghibli world. There are fairies, and I can talk with any animals. I
can see Arrietty there but in the real world, I can't. Lastly there I can see also the
characters in the anime I've watched and be friends with them, but unfortunately, I
can't in the real world because they don't even exist.
Problem-Solution

When it comes to online learning, many students struggle to manage their time. For
them, online learning is new and needs a lot of effort. They require a time management
planner to effectively manage their time. Unlike traditional classrooms, online learning
allows you more flexibility in scheduling. However, some people have trouble adapting
to the time commitment necessary for online learning. The most significant aspect of
online learning is time management. For greater learning outcomes, time and effort are
required. They should be aware of the things that might influence their timings during
the learning process, such as avoiding distracting situations. There are several platforms
through which they may be entertained and communicated with. But make sure that
their set time for breaks and focus on learning as scheduled to avoid missing live classes
or sessions.
