community-based health or health-related programs in the

2. Collect/review morbidity and/or mortality statistics on mental health-related concerns


and conduct a prevalence survey

through FHSIS, hospital data, patient census, mental health
registry, school assessment reports, social welfare reports, and
Philippine National Police reports

3. Activate Peer Support Group Oversight Committee

4. Planning for peer support program design

☐ Identify sources of initial funding to defray expenses

and external to the LGU

5. Finalize provisions in Template Ordinance and propose to Sanggunian for enactment

● Local investment plans (LDIP, AIP, LIPH)

6. Community engagement and social mobilization activities (See Communication Plan
