Dear Parents,

In view of getting our students to better exposure and developing adaptability skills, our School has
organized 5 days trip to various venues not very far from Pune. They are Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and
Goa. We propose to have the trip in the third week of November. The travel shall be either by AC Train
or AC Bus and accommodation shall be in good hotels with twin sharing facility.

The details are as stated:

Goa Tentative Program:

Day 1 Departure from Pune by AC Bus at 8 pm

Day 2: Breakfast enroute and checking into the hotel, visit to Goa Science centre and Planetarium

Day 3: Visit to Calangute Beach, Aguada Fort, Miramar beach, Dona Paula, Cruise ride at Mandoviriver
and shopping

Day 4: Visit Old Goa Church, Mangeshi Temple and then leave for Pune
There shall be teachers accompanying the students to ensure safety and security.

Total Tour Cost: Rs 15000/- per student with GST

Eligibility: Class 5 upwards

Hyderabad with Ramoni Film city Tentative program

Day 1: Departure from Pune Railway Station to Secundarabad by Shatabdi at 5.50 am

Reach by 2.20 pm, Check in to a Hotel, Evening at NTR Garden and view the Lumbini Laser show

Day 2: Full day at Ramoji Film City

Day 3: Salarjung Museum, Charminar, Birla Science Centre, Planetarium, Birla Temple, Golkonda Fort
and return by Duranto Express

Day 4: Arrival at Pune Railway Station at 7.50 am

Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shall be provided in all good hotels. There shall be teachers
accompanying the students to ensure safety and security.

Total Tour Cost: Rs 15000/- per student with GST

Eligibility: Class 5 upwards

Ahmedabad ISRO with Statue of Unity Tentative Tour Program

Day 1: Reporting to Pune Railway station for DurontoExp at 9 pm..( Dinner to be carried in case not
already had)

Day 2: Arrival at Ahmedabad at 6.30 am.. Check in to the Hotel and visit to Gujarat Science City,
Akshardham

Day 3: Visit to SardarSarovar Dam Kevodia, Sardar Patel statue of unity..

Day 4: Visit to ISRO, Kankariya Lake and leaving Ahmedabad by Duranto at 10.30 pm

Day 5: Arrival Pune Station

There shall be teachers accompanying the students to ensure safety and security.

Total Tour Cost: Rs 15000/- per student including GST

Eligibility: Class 5 upwards

Tour Cost includes:

To and Fro trip by AC Chair Car/III Tier train/ AC Bus

Non AC Bus for local travel and sight-seeing, parking etc.

Accommodation in Deluxe on Four Sharing basis

Veg buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner

Entry fee for all the mentioned venue

Student Travel Insurance

Escorts and guides to all the mentioned places

Tour Cancellation Policy:

Before 30 days prior to the departure, 70% will be deducted on the tour cost. After than no refund will
be entertained…

Payment of Rs15000/- may please be made for the tour on or before 20th August to enable booking of
tickets
