1. What is ICT in language learning? Explain it.
2. Do you think ICT is important in information technology? Why and give examples.

4. In your opinion, is ICT useful for language learning in a classroom? Why?
5. How do you create a good MS Power Point which is innovative, creative and having novelty?

Answers:

1. Information and Communication Technology (ICT), is technological tools that are used to communicate and
manage information. ICT is often part of a teacher-centred class but it is easy to exploit these tools in learner-
centred activities. The use of ICT increases the scope of teaching. It provides quality learning materials and
creating autonomy of learning. Along with academic excellence students must have English communicative
skills for their prosperous future. Curriculums must be made easy by including technological aids.

2. Yes I do think that ICT is important in information technology, because with ICT we can receive information
easier and do anything easier, the example is E-learning or Online Learning, ICT brings consideration, ICT
advances higher-request thinking abilities, ICT improves subject learning, ICT use creates ICT education and
ICT Capability, ICT use energizes cooperation, ICT use spurs learning, ICT in training further develops
commitment and information maintenance.

3. Five examples of ICT in supporting language learning is, Zoom, Google meet, our SIPDA, Computer or Laptop,
Pahamify.

4. Yes, in my opinion ICT is very useful for language learning in a classrom, because It often speeds up the
learning process through availability to various sources of data, information, methods of teaching. As well as a
wide array of studies and examples to support them. This makes teachers and students lives easier as they no
longer have to carry tons of papers to school, or carry papers home to mark, all that is needed is a device
connected to the same service. If the teacher knows they are going to be absent they can often set work to be
done ahead of time. Also, if either parties are sick, they can often still assign/complete their work easily.

5. How do I create a good MS power point which is innovative, creative and having novelty, first in the power
point I will only list the important points so that the material displayed is not boring and too long to read, the
second I will add interesting animations on each slide, so that it will create an interesting impression and will
attract attention, then maybe I will use the Canva site, slides go, and so on so that the power point I produce can
be more interesting.
