COMPLAIN/CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

1. The projector in lecture hall 14 is not functioning

- Repair it ?

2. LH-13.
a. No Marker and duster
b. No Dustbin
c. No Mic " -

3. i. Air conditioning not working in moot court hall.

ii. Cleaning and other requirement for the same and the corridor in front of it.
- Engage with admin

4. i. ACs not working in Combined Class Room (1st floor).

- ACs to be made functional.
ii. Classroom hygiene can be improved in Combined Class Room (1st floor).
- Hygiene to be improved.

5. ACs in class rooms

- Please Get it working

6. i. Wash room (Academic block)

ii. Cupboard and Bookshelfs (BH-1)

- Talk with the staff and note down issues to compliant collectively "

7. i. LH-2 Front door jammed

ii. Gaps between wall and switchboards in LH-2

iii. Some tubes of lights aren't working in the front (LH-2)

- All of it can be done by engaging resources for regular maintenance.

8. The whole campus needs an overhaul. It's all garbage and dirt all over the campus.
Less number of dustbins and workers leads to overfilled garbage and rotten smell
comes from them.
- Increase dustbins and workers, so that proper cleaning of campus happens
regularly. Students should be made aware of the fact not to litter the campus.
Plantation drive should be started. This is because we have patchy vegetation and
we need to have create a green campus (both plantation wise and emission wise)
All unwanted construction materials that are lying near boys hostel and girls
hostel should be disposed off. And incase of usable construction materials, they
shall be kept in a sorted way, so that they don't feel like dumping for the sake of
it."

9. Locks of all classrooms need to be repaired. They get locked automatically.

Specifically LH-4
- Replace the locks with simple latches if installing better quality locks is not
possible.

10. Class- LH 13 (Location- 1st floor) No dustbin in or anywhere near the class The class
was not clean when we came the next day
- A small dustbin can be kept either inside the class or outside the class to avoid
litter The cleaning staff can be asked to take the same into consideration

11. i. The ladies washroom in the acad block (ground and first floors) are in a horrible
condition.

ii. They are infested by bugs and birds. The lights are not functional. And in many
stalls the locks are either too tight or they don't work at all.

iii. Overall, the washrooms are very dirty and majority of us are unable to use them.

- Regular cleaning is required along with repairing.

12. i. The lecture halls need to be white washed since there is massive seepage problem
on the walls.

ii. The doors and door frames need to be changed/repaired since many of them are
broken or don't work.

iii. There are many desks in the lecture halls that have been bent out of shape and
need to be changed.

iv. There is a huge problem of termite infestation in the classrooms.

v. We need more and bigger dustbins inside the lecture halls preferably, if not in the
corridors.

vi. The false ceiling in some classes is damaged due to water/AC/ termites and needs
to be repaired.

vii. AC CONTROLLERS are missing in some of the classrooms.

- Get them repaired/changed/repainted or reinstalled.

13. Projector is not working in LH 14.

- If this issue falls under your domain, kindly request the admin to get it repaired.

14. Blinds for windows are not there in LH-14. This causes distraction during classes as
people keep moving in the corridors during classes.
- Kindly make sure that blinds for windows are installed there.

15. i. Sockets not working

- Electrician can fix socket

ii. Audible issue, difficult to hear in back rows

- Microphone

iii. Projector not working

- Fix projector if possible

16. We don't have curtains in lecture hall 14. And the equipments for digital board is also
broken which might fall any moment.
- Installation of curtains.
