CPD Contribution for one's own learning.

When working in a group, one of the attributes that must be present is organization. The CPD
results demonstrated a lack of organizing abilities. Organizational qualities enhance teamwork
and the path to accomplishing goals. The available leadership and lecture positions contributed in
the re-establishment of organizational capabilities. As a result of the CPD, the teamwork was
productive, and the training event's plan, as well as the content of the themes, were meticulously
prepared. CPD's research highlighted a dearth of leadership skills. He began to lose confidence
when he was handed leadership and teaching responsibilities. Even still, these occupations
provide insight into how a leader would react in certain situations.

The experience of conducting CPD and duties exacerbates the lack of confidence and leadership
qualities. For a team to achieve a common goal, team dynamics are required. The CPD
recognized the abilities that were lacking, and during the training event, suitable attempts were
made to develop them.

The development of those skills sets the foundation for teamwork. All of this helped us to gain a
better knowledge of team dynamics when we worked together. Communication skills are
essential when a group is working toward a common goal. Communication abilities contribute in
the formation of team relationships as well as teamwork. Because the CPD said that
communication skills needed to be improved, adequate attempts were made to develop them
throughout the training session.

such as engaging in group chats and guiding team members via phone calls. As a result,
communication skills were improved, and new ways of interacting with others were discovered.
