(Micro-emulsion Treatment For Production Enhancement)
Deleum Approach
• Stable micro-emulsion chemical in tackling complex lattice organic
structure .
• Wellbore treatment of emulsion for further long term production
assurance .
• Niche treatment for Naphtenate beside conventional corrosive acid(s).
Naphtenate exist from
interaction of crude & water
which further produce solid (pix)
and stable crude emulsion
Unique Features
• Specialty micro-emulsion pack to dissolve/disperse deposit.
• Works in high or low temperature condition.
• Organic component; compatible with crude.
• No sludge induce upon reaction.
• API improvement characteristic .
• Element of wettability improvement
• Flexible usage for well stimulation, pipeline flow assurance & surface facilities.
What is ?
• Two immiscible phases attain solubilization by addition of
surfactant/co-surfactant
• Clear fluid phase (1/4 of visible wave spectrum ~150nm)
• Thermal stable (>5 years storage)
• Reaction in aqueous solution
Why Microemulsion
• Mechanism of acid attack is governed by diffusion
• Reaction rate reduced by intro weak acid
• Environment friendly to further inhibit acidization formulation
• Capable of deep penetration in tight reservoirs
• Improve relative permeability to oil and no sludge by-reaction
• Efficacy can be demonstrated by core flood experiments
Our Support
• In-house study and modelling for formation stimulation
• Coreflood study & reverse flow to simulate economical gain
• Deployment and pre-post monitoring

▪ Combination of Pack A + Pack B + Pack C Pack A (Proprietary Epoxy Resin)
▪ Common resin agent used with solvent and generate environment/safety Appearance : Hazy viscous
issues liquid
▪ SandTREAT promotes economical approach thru encapsulated technology &
friendly to environment Relative : 1.1
Density
Advantages & Difference Pack B (Amine)
▪ High flash point, solvent free
Appearance : Amber Liquid
▪ Environmental friendly and safe operation
▪ Lower injection viscosity Relative : 0.95
▪ Built-in spacer for regain permeability (No overflush requirement) Density
▪ 40-60% active chemical in water phase for liquid formulation Pack C (Bind)
▪ Water remains as spacer after emulsion breaks and releases curing agent to
consolidate sand Appearance : Viscous white-
yellow
Downhole Application Relative : 1.0
▪ Ratio of Pack A + Pack B + Pack C designed based on reservoir property Density
▪ Higher water phase volume creates higher permeability regain but weaker
strength
▪ Post flush only required to flush Pack A fluid out of tubing
