ONE SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR VIOLATION OF RA 10591 AND SERVED WITH WARRANT
OF ARREST FOR VIOLATION OF THEFT
It was on October 6, 2022 at 11:30 PM when Ayala Sub-Station personnel PSSg Lalisan and Pat
Bernardo chanced upon a male person in the act of urinating in a public place at Paseo corner
Cruzada Street, Barangay Urdaneta, Makati City. The Police officers tried to warn the suspect but he
ran, was chased, cornered and caught. A procedural search was conducted on the suspect and
recovered in possession a 38 caliber revolver with SN 775357 and six 6 pieces of live ammunition in
which the suspect failed to show any documents such as a firearm license, permit to carry firearm
(PTC) or Licence to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOFP). Thus, this prompted the Police officers to
confiscate and arrest the suspect, identified as Regie Castro y Magallos.
