SAGAY CITY PUBLIC PLAZA

They all have passions. But her passion is to wander everywhere. She
knows herself that she is not the only one who likes to go somewhere.
Who does not want to wander? Imagine the life where she is just at home
all day, it is boring right? So, the place she chose for her descriptive essay
is Sagay City Public Plaza. Mayor Alfredo Maranon III states that the said
plaza was designed to be an environment and family- friendly recreational
facility where Sagaynons and other tourists can enjoy green open spaces,
bring their family for bonding while inspiring residents to stay healthy
mentally, emotionally and physically. 

The City Mayor Narwin Javelosa urges residents to help keep and
maintain the plaza by following rules and guidelines and keep ourselves
safe as we still face this pandemic. They can also enjoy the features of the
1.5-hectare plaza including paved walkways that will promote active
walking and jogging, Integrated sound and light system with its new
musical lights fountain. Aside from the paved walkways, we can also enjoy
the fitness area and other spots in the said plaza.

She thinks that they all have a beautiful place in their mind. She has
a wonderful place that made her happy a lot of times. But sometimes she
thinks that she is the only person who likes this place and asking herself if
this place will be as beautiful as she thought when she will go back to visit
it again. Perhaps she made it beautiful in her mind. She thinks that, these
kinds of places are meaningful to people because they are natural and
people can be there alone, away from their everyday life.

Among those preserved are the ILCO Train NO. 7, stage, stone cone,
Rotary Sundial, Rizal monument and the trees. She used to go there to be
alone or to dream with her eyes open admiring the blue sky or the clouds.
She liked to go there to lay down on the grass, listen to the wind and watch
the leaves moving. She wanted to go and see every day, to see how the
colour of the leaves changed and to feel the softness of the grass.

For a brief summary of the essay, the Sagay City public plaza is a
sight that is open to all. Not only to the people of Sagay but also to the
people of neighbouring cities. This place is a good spot for couples,
families, and others. Apart from that, it is also a good spot for family
bonding. Another feature of the plaza is their dancing fountain which will
only be played every 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Together with the original
songs composed by Sagaynon artist.
