Attention: Mr. ikaele Belena Dear sir, Re: Scheme No. BA18-18: Electricity Supply at Rarawai, Ba. Greetings from Cnergy Fiji Limited ("EFL"). Kindly note that EFL has revised the Quotation for the supply of electricity to Mr. Prem Mani and Mahesh Reddy of Rarawai,Ba EFL wishes to advise that the power supply will be made available under the following terms and conditions: 1.0 Cost of Capital Contribution The capital contribution to provide power supply to the two (2) applicants is $11,688.11(VIP). EFL requires full payment to process the scheme further. The concept design for this grid extension and breakdown of costs are provided in Attachment 1 and 2, respectively. 2.0 Formal tasement tor Power Line Extension Works The proposed route of the power line extension requires way-leave clearance and therefore it will be the responsibility of the applicant to provide the following: i, Well-documented easement rights for the permanent placement of EFL’s power poles, lines and stays; and 4i, General unconditional consent for the cutting/trimming of trees from property owners along the proposed route. EFL will only commence work on this scheme once easement rights are obtained and after receipt of payment. 3.0 Consumer Security Deposit & Meter Connection Fees for Supply Connection In addition to the above mentioned cost, the applicants will be required to pay the electricity meter ‘connection fee and a consumer security deposit equal to two (2) months assessed energy consumption ‘charges in accordance with the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Determination before the electrical installation in the applicants’ hauise is connected to the supply grid. 40 ncement of Work EFL will prepare a work schedule for this project, considering precedent project activities and resource availability, once payment of the above stated capital cost is made to EFL.
