NARRATIVE REPORT
First General Assembly and Election
August 26,2022 at 3:00 pm -6:00 pm
Virtual Platform ( Zoom Meeting )

Our leadership is seen as a visionary who knows how things may be better amid
a pandemic and encourages people to work toward that goal. To serve their people and
advance the country as a whole, a new group of leaders may need to undertake several
adjustments to our new normal. In the jobs for which they were chosen, they embrace the
ideals and principles of being servant leaders with a giving heart and a self-giving spirit.
This year, the National Service Training Program had its First General Assembly
and Election, during which it presented its accomplishment and financial reports. Before
the election of the new officials, the outgoing officer was also introduced during the
assembly.

Although we face technical difficulties and challenges as a result of the

pandemic, this assembly and election of new officers will transform this organization into
a servant leader for us as leaders. As we face this new normal, our leaders' effectiveness
and responsiveness will change, as we create and construct foundations not only for
ourselves but also for our fellow students. This assembly is effective, even though it is
done online, since it is important and vital for us as we connect with and aid our fellow
students not just on the BUTC campus, but also in the community.
