name symbolizes the resounding dedication that the people of the
Joseon Dynasty had in creating a new dynasty. Constructed solely out
of granite, its center is an entrance that resembles a rainbow, called
Hongyemun.

Bukcheon Hanok Village
Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses,
called hanok, that date back to the Joseon dynasty. The name
Bukchon, which literally translates to "northern village," came about as
the neighborhood lies north of two significant Seoul landmarks,

TIPS AND TRICKS
1. Search the information about the destinations as many as possible
Contact the committee as soon as you have arrived in Incheon
International Airport. If you still don’t have Korean SIM Card and
you need internet access, just find any WiFi (ask in the
information).
2. Always bring your passport as your identity and stick close with it
wherever you go.
3. Bring along a (mini) bag to contain passport, hand phone, wallet,
and personal daily belongings
4. Don’t panic! If you find yourself in lost and you-don’t-know-where
location, your belonging gone missing, or anything unexpected,
you just need to ask around or contact the committee or the
authority. PLEASE READ THE SIGN BECAUSE IT’S TELL WHERE YOU
ARE AND WILL GUIDE YOU TO WHERE YOU WANNA GO.
5. Bring a pocket dictionary if you don’t feel confidence in English or
local language
6. Respect the local cultures
7. Bring your own food and drinks (bread, mineral drink) in case you
can’t fit the local food taste. You should be careful especially if you
have allergy
8. Don’t forget to bring your money in Won. Try your best not to
exchange the money after you get there because it will take time.
9. Better to spend the time for enjoyable activities than queuing to
get exchanged money.
10. If you need any personal belonging, don’t wait to buy it when you
are in Seoul (it’s kinda cost a lot though). The committee will not
give you much time to walk around and buy everything and it will
be a little bit troublesome if you need something urgent but you
have to look for a shop which sells it first
11. Take photos as many as possible, but don’t forget to obey the rules
