WHAT IS YOUTEX FUTURE

LEADERS 2023?

The more you travel, the more you understand “why”

YOUTEX Future Leaders 2023 is a program where we aim to

encourage young generations to be more conscious about
global challenges, making them the best upcoming
leaders.

The programs will be filled with several webinars and

challenges in which the 10 best participants will be granted
a fully funded 6 days & 5 nights leadership trip to South
Korea.

Opportunities to travel and experience the culture

exchanges are important as valuable assets in shaping
leadership skills. We believe those who have visited places,
tried different food, and been on another side of the world
will be able to empathize more with others. In many ways,
culture has influenced people’s skills and by being
culturally aware could enhance our global mindset, thus
making us more influential as a future leader.
