Subject: NOTICE TO PM‘ (DER TH) ENT 2. 2% noricr In response to the PMC Letter No. CAMEOS/PD/SSS/66 dated 4 September 2022 which was received on 10% September,2022 the Employer vide letter No. PD/SSGLT/PMC/2022/1(8)/89 dated 23% September 2022 served Ten (10) days notice to PMC to fulfill their Contractual obligations as per the clause 3 (Obligation of the consultant), sub-clause 3.12°Standard of Performance as well as clause 3.7 Appendix-B of Consultancy Services Contract Agreement. The PMC was further advised to abide by the contract clause 7 in its true letter and spirit and to submit all pending deliverables. It is regretted to state that, after lapse of Ten (10) days already given notice period, M/s CAMEOS (PMC) neither submitted any document/pending deliverables to the PMU office nor observed the above mentioned clauses of Consultancy Services Agreement. In the best interest of the project, the Employer again serves Notice of Seven (07) days for submission of pending deliverables as well as for compliance to the consultancy services agreement above clauses, otherwise the already invoked clause of 2.9 sub clause 2.9.1 paragraph (a) &(4) of consultancy agreement will remain intact as previously intimated vide our above referred letter.
