“Amplifying Knowledge- generation and cultivation by providing sufficient
Library resources and Adequate Teaching- learning Material”

II. Project Summary:
This project AKLAT aims to develop "information literacy" by creating a
well-planned and well-organized learning environment. The ability to obtain,
assess, organize, and utilize information from a range of sources is referred to
as "information literacy." This project also attempts to supply and find
donations and sponsors for various learning library items and teaching
learning materials to have sufficient learning resources for the students. The
LR coordinators, property custodian, and the school librarian will
collaboratively work to meet what this project aims. It will be done in school to
prepare for face-to-face teaching or even in the event of a pandemic when
students can go to school on their own schedules if they follow the safety
protocols. This project seeks to collect additional library resources and enough
learning materials to improve and build well-organized and well-planned
libraries with comprehensive learning resources in all academic areas.
Project Objectives:
The fundamental purpose of this project is to design and construct a
well-planned and well-structured library with adequate learning resources for
students.
Project Methodology:
Buhaynasapa Integrated National High School launched this project
AKLAT to ensure that the school can create a place where all the learning
resources and teaching materials are adequate and sufficient. It will start on
organizing and planning in creating the library with the help of the Head of the
school. After planning and organizing, next is to find out what kind of learning
resources and teaching-learning materials are needed to provide. After that,
there will be activities in finding sponsors who can donate books or any library
resources and teaching- learning materials. The school principals may also
assist in the search for sponsors in order to increase the likelihood of receiving
donated books or library resources.

B. Sources
The total cost of the project is Php 25,000 which will come from
sponsors, donations and pledges from the school’s partners, alumni, and
stakeholders.
