The nursing student had identified five (5) health nursing problem; Poor

environmental sanitation (Polluted water supply, Presence of breeding or resting sites of

vectors of diseases), Unhealthy lifestyle (Walking barefooted, Poor personal hygiene

[untrimmed toenails, filthy feet]) Limited financial resources, Malnutrition (M.B, A.B,

J.B), Hypertension (J.B, M.B.).
