Dear Students,

Greetings!

We hope that during your recent experiential

learning visits, you engaged yourself in hands-on experiences
and reflection;
you are now better able to connect your subject knowledge to the real-world
situations.

Our University is the pioneer in

hybrid learning and has been practicing the innovative teaching pedagogy
called
CALTech to train the students with today’s desirable competencies since its
inception. Hence, we are
embracing hybrid course delivery to ensure that
students receive hands-on laboratory experience and
benefit from the on-campus
facilities and support, whilst allowing students some of the flexibility
afforded
by remote study in the forthcoming semesters. You will have the
choices to select online/offline mode as
per your convenience.

The examination for offline

courses will be conducted in offline mode, and for the online courses, it will
be in
online mode.

tables to understand the academic plan for the forthcoming Interim and Winter
semesters.

Interim Semester (Oct 31, 2022 – Jan 12, 2023):

During the forthcoming Interim Semester,

Batches 1 & 4 will be under “offline” mode and hence, they are
required to
report to the University on or before 30th October 2022. The University will be able to provide the
hostel facility to all the Batch 1 &
4 students. Those who want to be a day scholar can avail the University
transport facility from Bhopal, Sehore & Ashta, on payment basis. The hostel
allotment process will be
initiated by the Chief Warden’s office, very soon.

As far as Batch 2 and 3 are

concerned, the courses will be offered in hybrid mode. That means the students
have the option of selecting either “online” or “offline” mode. Those male
students who opt for “offline”
mode are required to make their own
accommodation arrangements outside. However, they can avail the
University
transport facility from Bhopal, Sehore & Ashta, on payment basis. Students,
from Batches 2 & 3,
interested in “offline” mode should register through
the following link on or before 09th October 2022.
Otherwise, it
will be treated as acceptance for “online” mode.

Winter Inter Semester - I (Jan 18, 2023 – Mar 23, 2023):

During the Winter Inter Semester

I, Batches 2 & 4 will be under “offline” mode. The university will be able
to
provide the hostel facility to all the Batch 2 & 4 students. Those who
want to be a day scholar can avail the
university transport facility from
Bhopal, Sehore & Ashta, on payment basis. The hostel allotment process,
for
Batch 2, will be initiated by the Chief Warden’s office at a later stage.

As far as Batch 1 and 3 are

II, all the Batches 1, 2, 3 & 4 will be under “offline” mode. The university
will be able to provide the hostel facility to all the students. Those who want
to be a day scholar can avail
the university transport facility from Bhopal,
Sehore & Ashta, on payment basis.
