Grouping of workstation

This sector shows the division of the 7 workstations. The members conducted
line balancing to distribute the task evenly over the work station so that idle time to
man of machine can be minimized. The assigned tasks of every workstation is shown on
the table 10 below.

Efficiency of the Line
Efficiency defines how the lines do tasks successfully without wasting time and
energy. This may have calculated as:
𝐸𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑖𝑛𝑒 = 100%−𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐼𝑑𝑙𝑒 𝑇𝑖𝑚𝑒
𝐸𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑖𝑛𝑒 = 100% − 5.46%
𝐸𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑖𝑛𝑒 = 94.54%
