About the Project.

Edrupt (Rank My Business, Australia) in collaboration with IIT Bombay Techfest'22 presenting the first
of its kind of and grand project in India named as “World Digital Media Olympiads” which will be
stepping stone towards career in digital media management, marketing & analytics.

Edrupt Global Campus Ambassadors (EGCA)

Edrupt Global Campus Ambassadors (EGCA) will represent themselves with their performance at our
globally acclaimed competitive platform and act as the connection between IIT Bombay Techfest’22 &
Edrupt and the University/College Campus they are studying in. Selected candidates will be
undergoing a 1-day long online induction training.
Please Note: Throughout the internship, your outcome and task completion will be the key
performance factor.
The Campus Ambassador's responsibilities include:-
1. Work as the single point of contact for IIT Bombay Techfest'22/Edrupt campus communication.
2. Understand the overall importance of clearing 'Edrupt World Digital Media Olympiads' for students.
3. Accomplish weekly targets for continuing as EGCA of IIT Bombay Techfest'22/Edrupt.
4. Organize events eg. students' weminars, group discussions, or virtual meetings with college admin.
5. Promote “Edrupt Digital Media Olympiad” on campus through varieties of channels of social media,
search engines, and other portals.
6. Manage student database, finance, and continuous follow-up.
7. Work on social media promotions and print media advertisements.
8. Work on student's confirmation & registration on Edrupt website.
9. Work on inquiry management and query solving with the required information.
10. Attend official webinars and performance management sessions.

Skill(s) required in order to finish this internship successfully:-

Blogging, Business Analysis, Client Relationship, Creative Writing, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing,
English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Event Management, Facebook Marketing,
Operations, Sales and Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Influential Personality.

Who can apply?

Only those candidates can apply who are in campus currently and passing out in year 22, 23, 24.
Other requirements:-
1. Outgoing personality: You enjoy meeting new people and are the first one who initiates
conversations.
2. Strategic administrator: You like creating strategies for various purposes and leading a team
to achieve goals.
3. Convincing influencer: You possess skills that can effectively persuade people to adopt a new
product or service.
4. Digital-savvy: You are the one who knows how to use the Internet to your advantage, like
social media platforms.
5. These EGCAs must be very interested and excited about the task given to them, its beliefs,
what it stands for, it's working and produce expected results.
6. They also tend to possess leadership qualities, taking initiative, and charge on their
campuses. Due to this, they should also be influential.
7. They have all the right contacts, with both, students and the faculty.
8. The best part about this link is that a member/students of the university need not approach
the IIT Bombay Techfest'22/Edrupt directly, they can approach the ambassador.
9. Grad and Post Grad College Students can apply for IIT Bombay Techfest'22 present "Edrupt
Global Campus Ambassador Program".
10. Must clear interview round to become EGCA.
11. Must attend EGCA's 1 day long training program.
12. Should be studying in campus, distance learning students should not apply.
13. Language is not an issues, but clarity in communications needs to be very good.
14. Very good convincing skills and able to manage the required activities in campus premises.
15. Should be well versed and familiar with college administration.
16. No place for individuals with false commitments and passive attitude.
17. Ready to take ownership of task give and should have learning attitude.

Please note, IIT Bombay Techfest'22 proposed "Edrupt Global Campus Ambassador Program" is a
highly professional and outcome-oriented initiative at college campuses across the world. Applicants
must understand the whole concept clearly before applying for the same, your period performance
and quality progress is the basic judgment criteria to finish the campus ambassador program with full
credits and rewards.
