III. Select Methods, Media and Methods
Materials The teacher will begin the lesson with a
brief introduction of a song on sense
organs. The teacher will explain to the
students the different sense organs.
Diagrams will be shown to students for
them to get a better understanding of the
concept that will be taught.

Media

students will be able to hear the clip clearly.
The speakers will enhance their learning
experience.
Computer: A computer will be used to run
slides on the projector.
Projector: The teacher will use the projector
to allow the students to view a clip showing
sense organs.

Materials
Markers: This will be used to write on the
whiteboard.
Whiteboard: Things identified will be
highlighted on the whiteboard.

IV. Utilize Methods, Media and Preview the Materials

Materials The teacher will ensure that video is
working and the audio is clear. The teacher
will also ensure that the speakers are
working as well. The teacher will test the
projector and the computer ensuring their
compatibility.
Prepare the Materials
The teacher will setup the computer and the
projector before the class. These equipment
will then be turned on and tested.

Prepare the Environment

The classroom will be arranged so that all
students will have a clear view of the
projection. The speakers will be place in an
area where all the students will be able to
hear the clip properly.

Prepare the Learners

The teacher will notify students of the
activities planned before the class. The
students will also be informed of the
evaluation exercises that they will be given
at the end of the class.

video. Students will read along with the
teacher. Students will view and listen to the
PowerPoint presentation then will be asked
to describe the different five sense organs
(eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin).
Students will then give the functions of
sense organs during the viewing of the
PowerPoint presentation. The teacher will
call on different students to give answers
when a question is being asked. The
teacher will indicate which answers are
correct. Students will then differentiate
types of viewing materials, sounds, scent,
taste, and texture sensation during a whole
class activity. Students should be able to
tell the different differentiate types of
viewing materials, sounds, scent, taste, and
texture sensation. Students will then
observe different part of the sense organs,
correctly during whole class activity.

V. Require Learner Participation Students will be selected individually to

complete an activity from the PowerPoint
presentation.  Each student will give an
answer when the teacher calls on that
person.

Also, with the accompaniment of the

teacher, the students will go outside to
identify and observe and write some things
that they see, hear, smell, taste, and touch
within the school surroundings.
VI. Evaluate and Revise Student Performance:
The students will play the video quiz game
the video quiz is located below which they
identify the sense organ use in the following
thing. They will put their answers into their
notebook. Students must reach a 75%
proficiency rating.

Media Effectiveness:
Was the Power Point visually stimulating
and understandable?
What problems occurred during the lesson
or independent practice?
What was the overall response to the
presentation?

*Hand out “Rate My Teacher” survey:
students will rate teacher in four categories
Rating 1= poor 2= needs some
