• The free weekend info session will be the hook – fun and rewarding activities, pep- talks by charismatic counselors and team leaders, good food and nice accommodations.
• Once a person has attended the free weekend info session, they are required to register online. The person is encouraged to provide incriminating personal info by telling them their
acceptance will be based on the urgency of their circumstances. The admission into the society is up for a review and vote by the admissions committee. Admission is not guaranteed.
• Once a person is accepted, they fill out a contract, NDA and liability waiver form.
• The member is assigned to the earth farm especially for newcomers. They are instructed to buy a roundtrip ticket to Lima, Peru, and to upload their itinerary to the society website.
Initiation:
• The night before the flight, all the new members are picked up by their acceptance counselors and taken to downtown SFO. Sitting in getaway cars, they are forced to watch cult
members in masks vandalize and set fire to electronic stores. The rationale is that these stores are part of the digital assault on this planet and have to be destroyed to save the earth
and our species. The counselors watch the newbies closely for signs of dissention till they board the plane and land in Peru.
• On the earth farm, the newcomers are subjected to a brutal schedule of 18-hour grueling days with only farming activities with no time or energy for interaction with other new
members. Food is wholesome and accommodations are comfortable, but austere. This is explained as the time of detoxification from the “excesses” of the digital world and a time to
develop the psyche and the physique to fight the war on machines.
• The farms have strict security round the clock, to guard the farm against technology intruders, as the newcomers are convinced.
• Each newcomer gets personal counseling time with Sheela Mai each week where she encourages them to open their hearts and pockets in the guise of purging their souls. They are also
encouraged to talk about friends and family to scout for more recruits. These sessions are taped, unbeknownst to the newcomer.
• Close to the end of the initial six week stay, each new member is given supervised access to a social media site to claim personal responsibility for the attack on the electronic store.
• Once the member has been in the initiation farm for a year, they are flown into the U.S. with their counselor to fulfill their final initiation rite – plan, vandalize and destroy an
electronic store. This rite is required to prove their loyalty and the level of success of this rite determines their place in the hierarchy of the cult.
• At this point, the members are “encouraged” to transfer their savings to the EWS as they have gained their rightful place in the society.
• The “successful” members are paraded around the newcomers farm in full glory. Various privileges and titles are awarded to them by the “leader,” and are graduated to the other
farms depending on their “skill set.”
