In the following document, the impact of the contingency of the virus that attacked the world
with the name COVID - 19 or better known as coronavirus will be disclosed. As well as
other important issues, such as the environment.

Through a time capsule.

The 2019-2020 coronavirus disease pandemic is a pandemic derived from coronavirus

disease started in 2019 (COVID-19), caused by the coronavirus 2 virus of severe acute
respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) .4 5 It was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan
City, 6 capital of Hubei Province, in the People's Republic of China, when cases of a group
of sick people with an unknown type of pneumonia were reported. Most affected individuals
were linked to workers at the Wuhan South China Wholesale Seafood Market.7.The World
Health Organization (WHO) recognized it as a global pandemic on March 11, 2020.

As of May 30, 2020, more than 5.8 million cases of the disease have been reported in more
than 213 countries and territories in the world (the five countries with the highest number of
infected are the United States, Brazil, Russia, United Kingdom and Spain), with more than
360,000 deaths (the five countries with the highest number of deaths are the United States,
United Kingdom, Italy, Brazil and France) and more than 2.5 million cases of people
recovered10 11 ( the five countries with the highest number of people recovered are the
United States, Brazil, Russia, Germany and Italy).

The virus is generally transmitted from person to person through small droplets of saliva,
known as Flügge microdroplets, which are emitted by speaking, sneezing, coughing, or
exhaling. It is mainly spread when people are in Close contact, but can also be spread by
touching a contaminated surface and after bringing contaminated hands to the face or
mucosa. Its incubation period is usually five days, but can vary from two to fourteen
days. The most common symptoms are fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath.15
Complications may include pneumonia, syndrome acute respiratory or sepsis. There is still
no specific vaccine or antiviral treatment13 and the only way to approach the disease is
through symptomatic and supportive therapy.

Recommended preventive measures include washing hands, covering the mouth when
coughing, physical distance between people and the use of masks, in addition to self
isolation and follow-up for people suspected of being infected.People in the Seniors and
those with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, high blood
pressure, or immunodeficiencies are at a much higher risk of contracting the disease and
having serious complications, and are advised to stay home as much as possible.

Advantages and disadvantages of studying at home

Distance learning or online training is a good option for many students who decide to study
from home. If only a few decades ago there were hardly any options to carry out this type of
training, today, many university centers and training institutions have a large offer of online
master's, postgraduate and courses. In fact, many universities allow students to take
Bachelor's degree courses in a single assessment format, which makes it possible for the
home to become a large study room.

The comfort of our home, the lack of time or the impossibility of combining work with studies
is no longer a barrier thanks to online or distance training.

The importance of freedom and health

Freedom is considered to be an intrinsic right to the human being, which means that it should
not be taken away since the person who takes or limits freedom to another will be infringing
one of their most basic and valuable rights. Freedom is what allows the individual to make
their own decisions, make choices and, in one way or another, build their life and life
experience.

Commitments to take care of the planet and improve the

environment.
The pressures on our planet's limited natural resources and the challenge of climate
change require prompt and concerted action from us all. We take wide ranging measures
to protect biodiversity, reduce our consumption of water, energy and other resources,
avoid waste, and combat climate change.

REFLECTIONS
As reflections regarding the time capsule work, I think that the
COVID19, I think that it is a pandemic that has affected the world
a lot, changing many things in particular the way of studying and
living with other people, however I think that this will help in the
future to reinforce the security and hygiene measures of the
world.

As for the issues of freedom, health, I think that we all have a

right, and above all I think that as human beings we deserve to
live.

On the other hand, we must take care of our planet and our
environment.
