all over the world. How has the disease affected your life?

There is no doubt that the coronavirus has affected the whole life of people in 2020 of the
world, since the world is dependent on each other, in terms of health, transportation,
economy, and other parts of the life.
But the coronavirus has affected people in the world, to me it has affected in two main
sections of my life, the first is about my daily life. Normally before coronavirus hit to the
world I used to have daily activities such as walking exercises, doing gym, sports, living
friends with families in public places such as restaurants, tour places, and so on, but as soon
as coronavirus has come everything was stopped, all public places have been banned to go, so
my life becomes too much narrow, I because I neither stay home for long hours nor I go out.
The other section of my life that COVID-19 has affected is about my educations system,
especially my university. Even though I have been taking my lessons but it was changed in a
new way that was an online system, so new challenges has broken out, the lessons depend on

how much time would I spend in the screen of a computer, and I felt very tough problems
because I should choose either to take a lesson or I should drop out of course.

The outbreak of Covid-19 has reached to my country and rapidly spread. The government
took drastic action relatively early at beginning of new cases. They organized new hospitals
in an attempt to prevent the health system from becoming overwhelmed. But even so, health
workers were overstretched and many became infected. The government also introduced
rigorous public health measures to reduce personal contact, including stopping movement out
of Mogadishu city, stopping local public transport, shutting schools, staggering working
hours, strictly limiting movement out of homes, and the numbers of people in restaurants or
shops. These social distancing measures worked from April until July 2020. The government
has not only locked down the local activities but they also have stopped all international and
local flights from around the world, which helped them to reduce and stop the rapid spreading
of the disease. They also have done public and rigorous measures to the public transports, for
example, the buses have been ordered that all people or passengers should take face mask,
gloves and should not stand and touch the vehicle. In conclusion without measurement, the
coronavirus won’t be out.
