Good morning everyone!

I am Iannie Chrisiley Baje and today we will be talking about our

observations on society, community and family. But, before we will start Krishlea Dale will
introduce to you our group members.

There are many benefits and drawbacks of society in our own lives. Being popular or fitting in is
one of the most essential things to many individuals, as we all learned throughout middle school
and high school. One of society's benefits to us is that it encourages us to be true to who we are
and to meet our own needs such as:

 Everyone has a role to play to create a good environment

 It provides protection
 Building relationships
 Offering Support
 We can access to food through society
 Unity
 Faster connection
 Motivating younger people
 It can reduce mental health illness
 Free to speak your own opinion
 It teaches us on how to be disciplined
 It helps us to become socially fit
 It helps us to maintain peace and harmony

But one of its drawbacks is that many individuals alter their appearance to fit the fads and trends
that come and go every few months just like:

 Spreading fake news

 Discrimination
 Double standards
 Criticism
 Corruption
 Bullying
 Peer Pressure
 Suicidal thoughts due to mental unstability
 Too sensitive
 Little to no trust and respect for each other
 Increase of complexity
 Difficulty regarding on independence
 They really want to fit in on trends

Being autonomous from these things will help one stand out as an individual because kids and
adults place such a high value on fitting in, which prevents people from developing into the
unique individuals they are.
Peter:
Seeing drastic changes from one place is part of our daily living, we often unconsciously look
around and observe the things that are happening around us. Every community has its ethical and
indecent factors, being a good citizen is one of the many good factors in a community, such as:
 Experience diversity
 Sense of support
 People to rely on
 Connection and belonging
 Can ask assistance from others
 Open-minded and positive community
 Spirit of volunteerism
 High respect for each other
 Good teamwork
 Feeling happiness in each other's company
 Being part in a community helps us realize that we're something greater than ourselves
However, no matter the long list of the good and decent factors it is undeniable that every community to
ever exist also has shadows to hide, such as:
 Lack of ammenities
 Gossip or people talking badly of you
 Others see you as competition
 They would be the reason for us to have low self-esteem
 Spread fake news
 Being ungrateful for the help they receive from the community
 Poor leadership
 Criticism
 No equality
 Lack of benefits
 Conflict between neighbour/s

Dale:
Despite all the negativities in the world, having the right people surrounding you will always be
a must for everyone. There are no other better people than your family, they will be there for you
no matter how hard the situation is. Although, not everyone is very lucky, because even families
have strengths and shortcomings. Some of the strengths are:
 Quality Time
 Safe Place
 Family connection
 Enough Support
 Ones beside us in time of hardships
 Communication
 Understanding
 With family, every work is easier
 Motivation
 Work as a team
 We have someone who guides us
 Increase happiness and satisfaction
 They help to reduce stress and anxiety
It's not every time though that a family is strong and harmonious, there are also cons in a family
such as:
 Misunderstandings
 Reason why we feel unmotivated
 The first ones to criticize us
 Negative judgements
 Lack of support
 Lack of love
 Poor parenting
 They always think you're wrong
 Lack of proper communication
 They dont value your hardworks and efforts
 Cause of anxiety and stress
 Lack of guidance
As we all know, in all situations there are boons and banes, all we have to do is fill our lives with
positivites and we shouldn't be one with the shadows of life.

THAT'S IT, WE ARE THE G3 THANK U
