1 ONGOING INSPECTION CHECK LIST
1.01 Confirm units are clean and stored in air conditioned room keeping equipment dry. Environment Ongoing
should be 60-80 F (15.6 – 26.7 C) & Humidity shall be less than 90%.
Panels containing sensitive electronic components, computer equipment and electronic parts shall
be stored in this condition.
All electronic equipment / parts including control valves, MOV, UCP, LCP, Field Instrument etc.
shall be stored in this condition.
1.02 Equipment stored outside and/or mounted on the skid and at the same time the package shelter Ongoing
construction is still not finished; equipment shall be well covered such as tarpaulin to prevent rain
water, particle/dust and dirt from accumulating. Equipment shall sit on hard standing or on pallets.
1.03 Check equipment is free from mechanical damage. Ongoing

1.04 Confirm all paint/surface coatings are free from damage. Ongoing

1.05 Inspect connection/junction boxes for corrosion, cleanliness, moisture and ensure silica gel is Ongoing
provided and replace if necessary.
1.06 Ensure all holes for entry cable are plugged properly. Ongoing
1.07 All panel fronts, gauges and in line instrumentation adequately protected from construction activity. Ongoing
1.08 Ensure equipment that is installed is protected suitably from any ongoing construction activities to Ongoing
