1 ONGOING INSPECTION CHECK LIST
1.01 Confirm material are clean and, stored indoor. All materials such as: Tubing, Piping components of Ongoing
≤ 2 inches, Pipe Fittings of ≤ 1.5 inches, all stainless steel and other exotic materials fitting and
flanges, Valves of ≤ 1.5 inches, Specialty item of ≤ 2 inches, Spring support, Special tools, all stud
and anchor bolts etc. shall be stored in this condition.
1.02 Material stored outside shall be well covered such as tarpaulin to prevent rain water, particle/dust Ongoing
and dirt from accumulating. Material shall be laid on wooden beams clearly above soil and shall be
stacked in a slope for facilitate self-draining. Materials shall not touch ground or water pool at any
case. The following material shall be stored in this condition:
- Austenitic or Duplex stainless-steel pipes may be stored outdoor in original packaging.
Provide sheet covering as required when original package is removed.
- Piping component of > 2 inches.
- Pipe fittings of > 1.5 inches.
- Valves of > 1.5 inches.
- Specialty item of > 2 inches
1.03 Pipe storage area must be self-draining, concrete paved or decked. Ongoing
