1 ONGOING INSPECTION CHECK LIST
1.01 Confirm units are clean and stored in air conditioned room keeping equipment dry. Environment Ongoing
should be 60-80 F (15.6 – 26.7 C) & Humidity shall be less than 90%.
Panels containing sensitive electronic components, computer equipment and electronic parts shall
be stored in this condition.
All electronic equipment / parts including Switchgear/MCC, distribution/lighting panel, electrical
motor, Generator, Batteries, UPS, charger, rectifier, UCP, LCP, load shedding panel, HVAC Panel,
Fuel gas heater control panel, etc. shall be stored in this condition.
1.02 Confirm units are clean and, stored indoor. All electrical equipment including electrical bulks Ongoing
materials such cable glands, lighting fixture, power outlet / switch, Transformer (Dry Type), NGR,
etc. shall be stored in this condition. At this condition, the anti-condensation space heater at the
unit shall be energized
1.03 Transformers (Oil type) intended for outdoor installation may be stored outdoors without protective Ongoing
covering. All other units shall be stored indoor / under shelter.
1.04 Install and connect temporary power with suitable voltage to the equipment condensation space Ongoing
heaters in full time basis during storage such the following equipment:
 Electrical panels (Switchgear, MCC, UPS, etc.)
 Generators
 Process electric heater
 Electric Motors,
 Other Equipment that equipped with space heater or as per manufacturer recommendations.
1.05 Check equipment is free from mechanical damage. Ongoing
1.06 Confirm all paint/surface coatings are free from damage. Ongoing
1.07 Inspect connection/junction boxes for corrosion, cleanliness, moisture and ensure silica gel is Ongoing
provided and replace if necessary.
1.08 Ensure all holes for entry cable are plugged properly at terminal box. Ongoing
1.09 Desiccant shall not be used to protect rubber and stainless-steel products Ongoing
1.10 Confirm that all necessary covers, end caps and plugs are in position and replace any that are Ongoing
missing.
1.11 All openings, i.e. terminal box, ventilation opening, shall be sealed to prevent dust accumulation. Ongoing
1.12 All panel fronts, gauges and in line instrumentation adequately protected from construction activity. Ongoing
1.13 Ensure equipment that is installed is protected suitably from any ongoing construction activities to Ongoing

2 DAILY INSPECTION CHECK LIST
