Entire open joint cavity has sound concrete? If not, notify EIC/RE before proceeding.
Additional concrete removed from joint cavity as directed by EIC?

Entire joint gap has been cleaned of all debris for entire depth?

Joint cavity prepped to the satisfaction of the EIC?
Aluminum drain tube installed on high side of joint per detail? Ensure tube is secure and won't
move or be plugged by header material installation.
Follow manufacturer's instructions for material mixing and placing.
Make sure material is not past expiration date.
Allow material to cure before removal of forms.
