● Responsible for end to end process - Quote to dispatch using SAP S4Hana.
• Reviewing and validating Purchase Agreements.

● Conclusion: We found that Empathy factor would leads to more customer satisfaction while responsiveness
does not influence the overall satisfaction.

significant impact on share price.
