Wiring : Firstly, connect each servo of the swash plates(servo 1 ~ servo 6)

to the GU-368 correctly as shown on the right,(Servo extension wires are
needed if your servo come with short wire) then
RX connect the plugs of GU-368 to receiver as shown
on the left, make sure the servo plugs which
connected to GU-368 should be negative upward.

Setting
1. After wiring, set the transmitter in the Heli Mode(The swash plate mode should 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
be set as traditional Heli, not CCPM). Make sure the“Switch 1"was set to on
off
“off"position.(Switch 1 : ON→for TG609, OFF→for CH47)
2. Turn on the power of transmitter, then connect the battery to ESC(7.4V/800mAh Li-Po) and the monitor LED
will be blinking, wait until the monitor LED lights in“Green"and check the moving direction of swash
plate, set the reverse function on the transmitter correctly to make sure the swash plates which can be
controlled by the control sticks accurately as the figures below.( The servo horns should be removed before
connecting the battery to ESC, reinstall the servo horn after the servo moved to neutral position. It is
important to use the same type of servo for all.)

3. After the movement of the swash plates were confirmed, set the“Switch 7"to "Off"position to adjust
the neutral position of each servo if necessary, set the“Switch 7"back to "On"position after
adjustment and now the neutral position of each servo was programmed into the gyro.

Body Installing-1

CA

1. Install the gear and strut assembly to the body,(The longer

struts are for the front gears),it is better that uses few AB
CA to attach them temporarily, make sure those 4 wheels are
parallel and be able to touch to the ground, use the CA to
fix them firmly after the struts were adjust properly as
shown above.

AB

2. Attach the turbines onto the

body by Epoxy.

3. Attach the gyro mount(Plywood) by Epoxy.

Important :
The gyro mount should
be vertical to the
bottom of the body thus the gyro
can work exactly.
4. The rotor heads and the rear
servo should be removed before
installing the body.The position
of the rear servo horn should be
remember before removed.

M2X5

5. Assemble the mechanism and body by tighten the screws of body

retainers, reinstall the rotor heads and the rear servo. The
servo horn should be attached back as the position before
removed.

Receiver 7.4V800mAh Li-Po Battery

6. Cut the Sponge tape into small squares for 8x8mm, attach them
to the bottom coners of the GU-368, make sure the box of the
GU-368 does not touch the body except sponges, install the
receiver and ESC and battery as shown above.(Use the Touch
Fastener Tape to attach the battery at the front side.)

Check before Flying

Turn on the power of transmitter and receiver, make sure to check before flying :

1. Make sure the phase angle of the blades were set correctly.

Front Rear
When the blade turns to the front direction, the inner
ball which link to this blade should be aligned with
the outter swash plate arm as shown in figure.

2. Rotating direction of the blades should be correct.

3.Use the white paint or colored tapes to mark the blades of each rotational plane to check the blade
tracking, adjust the linkage rods if the blade tracking is not correct.

4. The lift of each rotational plane can be controlled automatically by the gyro, but it would be better
to check it by watching which plane is taking off firstly, you may shorten the length of those 3 blade
linkages of this plane to make sure the lifts of both planes are equal. Or you may turn off the gyro
function by setting the switch “8"to “off"temporarily, but it should be
controlled carefully because the heli will be unstable under this condition.

5. Check the gain values of 3 axes, if it tilts to one side, you should increase
the gain value of that axis, and you should decrease the gain value if it
is oscillatting. You may adjust the trimmer AIL1 / ELE2/ RUD3 for the porper
gain value, the gain value can be increased by turn the trimmer clockwise,
and be decreased by trun it counter clockwise.
Gear Repairs

2. Remove the dried CA glue by knife-edge,

use the Thinner to clean up the Mast.

1. Use a rubber hammer tool to

remove the broken gear as
shown above.

Refer to Page2 or
Page3 to make sure
the position is
correct.

4. Install the bevel gear to the position

3. Install the new bevel gear. correctly(maybe a rubber hammer tool is
needed), stuff up the slot between the
Mast and the gear hole by CA glue, grease
the Mast after the CA dried.

6. Use a rubber hammer tool to insert the driven
