What did you understand about the 4Cs of 21 st Century Skills as illustrated above?

Answer:

The 21st century learning skills are often called the 4 C's: critical thinking, creative thinking,
communicating, and collaborating. These skills help students learn, and so they are vital to success in
school and beyond. Critical thinking is focused, careful analysis of something to better understand it.

 What are the considerations using infographic?

Answer:

Provide a quick overview of a topic. explain a complex process, display research findings or
survey data, summarize a long blog post or report, compare and contrast multiple options, and raise
awareness about an issue or cause.

 What do you think is the utmost result of the 4Cs ‘super skills’ to the digital teaching and

learning process?

Answer:

The 21st century learning skills are often called the 4 C's: critical thinking, creative thinking,
communicating, and collaborating. These skills help students learn, and so they are vital to success in
school and beyond. Creativity teaches students to think in a way that's unique to them. Collaboration
teaches students that groups can create something bigger and better than you can on your own.
Communication teaches students how to efficiently convey ideas. Combined, the four C's empower
students to become one-person think tanks. The 4Cs listed are communication, collaboration, critical
thinking, and creativity. All four of these items are essential inside the 21st Century classroom. Without
effective communication, there's no way to get anything done inside the classroom or anywhere, which
is why this is an essential 21st Century skill. These 21st-century skills are more important to students
now than ever before. They not only provide a framework for successful learning in the classroom, but
ensure students can thrive in a world where change is constant and learning never stops. And they are
also tremendously important for our nation's well being.

 When can you say that digital tool is not effective? What other factors may contribute

and affect learning?

Answer:

Virtual learning caused us too learn new skills that we do not discover when online learning is not
yet necessarily needed to all student but on the other hand the negative effect of it was, students are
having difficulties in balancing their time managemnet, some do have anxities because of some priorities
they didn't manage well.

 As a teacher, how can you apply this knowledge information to maximize learning?
Answer:

Better Planning and Preparation . Effective planning and preparation are essential in maximizing
student learning time. Too many teachers under-plan and find themselves with nothing to do for the last
few minutes of class. Teachers should get in the habit of over-planning— too much is always better than
not enough.

Application

Based on the concepts presented above, design at least 1 or 2 major learning activities that

will facilitate the development of 4Cs with ICT in your lesson through infographic or

framework. Justify your model.

Justification:

Social media is important because it allows you to reach people locally, regionally, nationally and
even internationally. If you understand the characteristics of your target audience, you will be able to
personalize your messages to resonate with that audience more appropriately. Social media plays an
important role in every student’s life. It is easier and convenient to access information, provide
information and communicate via social media. Teachers and students are connected to each other and
can make good use of these platforms for the working of their education.
