National agriculture Education college NAEC is established under the umbrella of (IATO) Improvement of
Agricultural Training Organization to provide Agriculture training & Service to people & organization
working in Agriculture sector.
National Agriculture Education College (NAEC) rebuild the agricultural education system throughout the
country to ensure that young people not only get access to education, but to drive innovation in the
agricultural sector as a whole. NAEC focus on providing high-quality agricultural training and education for
improving Afghanistan’s agriculture sector and specifically Afghanistan's food and nutrition security.
NAEC aims to contribute to improving agricultural productivity by improving the level of education in
Agricultural High schools and by providing training to people and organizations involved in agriculture
sector of Afghanistan. NAEC also, develop modern and relevant national curricula based on needs of the
agricultural sector for use by high schools.

Job Description:
Responsibility: - Work collaboratively with the Curriculum Development Unit (CDU) to design,
develop and execute a work plan; - Participate actively in the development and design of new
curriculum for AVIs; - Modules technical revision to ensure that meet the competences and intended
objectives; - Translate the technical materials in local language; - Provide in-service training based
on new curriculum; - Coordinate the CDU activities with designers, language editors, TVETA and
ASDPII; - Organize and lead CDU related workshop; - Monitoring and evaluation of piloting process
of new curriculum in AVIs; - Any other tasks assigned by the National Project Manager; - Report to
National Project Manager;

Job Requirements:
Job requirements: Education & Experience: • Bachelor degree in animal husbandry with at least four
years experience in developing of training materials, and preference will be given to Master degree
holder with two years experience. • Experience in agribusiness related activities will be preferred. •
Experience in curriculum development and training will be an advantage. Skills & Attitude:
Language: Pashto, Dari & English Professional writing and reading skills in Dari and Pashto, and
good writing and reading skills in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline
driven environment. Good organization skills and time management skills; ability to be flexible and
solve problems. Computer: MS office package and usage of Internet Good communication skills
Good team working skills
