To complain about an order (faulty, damaged items, late delivery….) you need

• Information about the order ( reference, date of placing the order…)
• Details about the problems (faulty characteristics, late delivery,
damaged items, wrong number…)
• Suggest ways in which you would like the problem to be settled
(replacement, refund, discount…)
