Unit 10: What do you do at break time?

3. Content of the lesson:

- New words: sports

 What do you do at break time? I ……..

4. Aims of the lesson:

- Students recognize vocabulary about sports precisely.

- Students can pronounce all the words correctly.

- Students can ask and answer about what a person does at break time.

5. Procedure:

  Warm-up: (15 mins)

- T corrects sts’ homework and check their learning by heart.

- Game: Teacher lets students play game “Who is the millionaire?“.

 Lecture:

 Vocabulary introduction

- Present vocabulary about sports through pictures: sts listen to the pronunciations and
repeat after teacher.

- Teacher says the vocabulary individually again and asks sts to speak in person for
final check.

- Sts play “Stop the bus” to review the words 1 more time.

 Model sentence

- Teacher shows model with different examples to help sts understand.

- Teacher uses many pictures to help sts with practicing the models

6. Wrap - up
- Give students homework.
