    JERSON: Hello well, let’s start with the assignment, we are 3 members. I am Human
    Resources Assistant my partners represent Applicant 1 and 2 Good morning applicants, my
    name is Jerson Loarte Albornoz this is an interview, Welcome to the final stage of the selection
    process for the position of Systems Engineer. Let's start with a brief summary of each of you.
    Remember the person for the position has to be proactive, a good leader and sociable.

    HENRY: Hi, my name is Henry, I'm a systems engineer. I have 5 years of experience. In my last
    job I had to review existing systems and suggest improvements by developing new systems to
    increase the efficiency of the company. My responsibilities may be different depending on the
    needs of each area. I can be a good listener and empathic with my partners.

    CESAR: Hi, my name is... I'm a systems engineer. I have 2 years of experience. In my last job I
    had to develop programs to solve financial problems. I can work under pressure.

    JERSON: Ok, thanks, I have a few questions for both of you, can you work weekends?

    HENRY: Yes, I can.

    CESAR: No, I can't. I have to finish a course.

    JERSON: We will start with the following question: How do you consider yourself for this
    position?

    HENRY: I consider myself a proactive, responsible, efficient person, with the ambition to
    continue learning of my carrer.

    CESAR: In my case, I consider myself a capable person who can do anything because I am a
    perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help the company in a very
    beneficial way.

    JERSON: Why are you looking to get this job?

    HENRY: I have come to this interview because I have been looking for the opportunity to
    obtain it, since I have heard very good recommendations about this company.

    CESAR: Because it is the field in which I specialize and because the company has a long history,
    then I would like to be part of this team to contribute to its growth.

    JERSON: Ok, do you have questions?

    HENRY: Do I have to travel in this position?

    JERSON: No, the position is only in Lima. Well, thanks for your participation.
