Spirit Breaker

Lining

Spirit Breaker – is a powerful ganker, with a huge carry-potential. He’s survivability is


great because he has 5 armor as the game starts, and that sounds just ridiculous because we
have 701 HP. It is one of the biggest numbers in game. Besides our base damage is 65, this
is more than a lot of heroes have, so it will be a pleasure to last hit creeps.

Charge of Darkness

This spell is one of our main spells. It makes us such a great ganker, that can appear in any part of
the map very fast, and he will make a surprise for the enemy.

You should not use it to go to other lane to farm, because it has long cool down, and Spirit Breaker
should always be ready to run for the fight.

 Spirit Breaker runs through units trees and landscape.


 Allies will see special mark above the target.
 All the enemies in radius 300 will receive Greater Bash if we learned that spell.
 We should cancel this spell if we will be disabled.
 During this spell we can see the target even if it is invisible.
 If target dies then spell will be transported onto closest enemy.
 If we use  Black King Bar as we approach the target we will be safe from disables.
 During the run we can use any items without canceling the run.
Empowering Haste

This spell is great for the whole team. It will give us and our team move speed. Because of this
ability even enemies with blinks will have troubles with escape.

 It has 900 dotameters radius. It’s a lot. We can use it to help our enemies escape the menace. We
should be in this radius so we will give them move speed bonus..

Greater Bash

Greater Bash will increase Charge of darkness and Nether Strike’s damage. Also can work during
usual attack. It bashes for 1.6 seconds on the last level and pushes the target away.

 Does not stack with  Skull Basher.


 Can be disabled by Doom.

Nether Strike

This Spell makes us a great ganker. It will deal a lot of damage and has low cool down. With
Charge of Darkness we can easily kill enemy by ourselves. And if our team will help, it will be the
easiest thing to do.

 Damage depends on Greater Bash level.


 Spirit Breaker teleports to the target and gives damage only one second after use, he is immune to
magic during that time.
 Can be upgraded with  Aghanim's Scepter
 With  Aghanim's Scepter Greater Bash will be applied onto enemies in 250 dotameters radius.
 When preparing your Nether Strike you can still see your victim even if it tried to be invisible.

Early game for Spirit Breaker(up to 15 minute)

What I should do?

First items should be 2x  Gauntlets of Strength,  Healing Salve,  Tango, 2x  Iron
Branch.

On this game stage we should focus on killing creeps. We have great attack animation, so it
should be easy.

If our ally on the lane has stun, Then after we have Charge of Darkness we should be able to
kill enemy without problems and make first blood.

We will need  Boots of Speed. After it we should buy  Urn of Shadows, as fast as we
can. Now we should make couple of ganks, have some charges in our  Urn of Shadows,
and finish  Power Treads.

Middle game for Barathrum(from 15 till 35 minute)

 
What I should do?

In midgame we should farm little less. We should gank everyone, if we have all the spells
ready. We should communicate with our allies about it, so we will have their support or so they
can save us from enemies. We should use  Urn of Shadows if enemy runs away with low
HP. When our Spells are on cool down we should farm or push lanes.

We need to get fast  Black King Bar, so enemies won’t disable us, and we can attack them
in team fights. After those items we may get  Mask of Madness, that will give us a lot of
attack speed, and our Greater Bash will work more.

Those are the most important items that we should have in almost all games.

Late game for Spirit Breaker(from 35 minute)

What I should do?

In late game ganks become more difficult to do, because our enemies always walk together,
and team fights became the main fights. We need to get  Assault Cuirass. It will increase
our attack speed, armor, and will give our team great auras. We should start collecting this item
from  Hyperstone, and then buy all the other things.

We can get  Aghanim's Scepter, to make our Nether Strike more powerful, lowering its cool
down up to 20 seconds.
Daedalus could be the great purchasing too. With it help we can kill single enemy heroes
who tried to push one of the lines.

Last item will be  Heart of Tarrasque that will increase our HP by a thousand, give us some
damage, and let us regenerate HP faster between the fights.

We should slay the most dangerous target with low HP that will die immediately from our
Nether Strike, or focus carry bashing him all the time and stop him in that way. We should
always have money for buyback, because we can reenter the fight with our Charge of
Darkness.
